Sentinel R1

Project Outline:

CAe provided technical support to Raytheon in the area of ensuring structural integrity for the modified aircraft.

Project Description:

The Sentinel R1 programme required CAe personnel to play a key role with CAe’s customer, Raytheon, in the UK for reviewing and signing off key elements of the design implementation for the modified aircraft. In addition CAe provided expertise for key aspects of the Structural Integrity Monitoring System as part of the Aircraft Structural Integrity Programme (ASIP). CAe continues to provide on-going technical support in this area as the aircraft continues to make its invaluable contribution in the ISR role.
